EMPOWERING THE HYDROGEN ECONOMY
- With the aim of developing a less expensive type of Solar Silicon production, the scientist created a flowerpot full of new and promising materials. SYNTEC-FUEL was born !
- Initial R&D was funded in early phase by an EPC company focused on PV Power Plants. They simply had not enough Silicon to produce Solar Panels. Even though mass production of Solar Silicon was never achieved, the R&D co-operation with reputable international Universities was successful.
- A new group of investors brought additional financial means to speed up the R&D works. A third round for further funding via industry partners and VC/Private Equity for construction of a Pilot Refinery and mass production of an Energy Cartridge is considered.
- Concrete next step: Putting together a consortium for further HPS research & development of applications.
